Dr. Don Reddick, Ed. D.
Don Reddick is a pianist, arranger, and conductor—a gifted and talented musician who has given his life to music and the church. Whether playing for soloists, choirs, or congregational singing, his unique keyboard artistry distinguishes him from all the others. Dr. Reddick received his bachelor of science in music from Olivet in 1979. He also holds a master of science degree from the University of Illinois at Champaign, and completed his work for a Doctorate there in 2006. Dr. Reddick has been head of the Music Department at Olivet since 1997. He also directs the Jazz Band, as well as instructing courses in Music Technology and Music Education.
Dr. Reddick has been active musically for the general church. His activities include: Pianist at the International Laymen’s Conference (1995), Orlando, Florida; Music director for Sunday school ministries at General Assembly (1997), San Antonio, Texas; Music Director, International Laymen’s Conference (1998), Nashville, Tennessee; Music coordinator for Olivet Nazarene University celebration and worship (1997-1999).
Dr. Reddick is married to Dr. Dena Reddick, also an Olivet alumnus. They have two children—Britney and Blake. They reside in Bourbonnais, Illinois.
